How to read this data
ProjectType — The industry receiving incentives, like “Manufacturing” or “Warehousing.”
ProjectedNewJobs — How many positions the company promised to create (sample: “119”).
ProjectedTaxesAbatedCity — Estimated property taxes Memphis won’t collect (sample: “$497,954.00”).
BenefitCostRatio — Whether the deal benefits the public (values above 1.0 are positive; sample: “6.18”).
