How to read this data
licensee_name — Business name (e.g., “ST. JOSEPH TOBACCO COMPANY DBA SAINT JOE DISTRIBUTING”)
cigarette — “CIG” means licensed for cigarette sales
other_tobacco_products — “OTP” means licensed for vaping/e-cigarettes, cigars, etc.
retailer — “NO” indicates wholesale distributors (not storefronts)
