FEAT_DESC — The type of drain, like “Catch Basin” (sample value shown).
COUNTY_NAME — Where the drain is located, such as “Lawrence” (sample value).
LOC_DESC — Position relative to the road, like “Right” (sample value) for drains on the right side when traveling the route’s direction.
LOG_MILE — Distance along the route in miles (sample: 0.012 means just past the start).
