NBR_RTE — The highway identifier (e.g., “SR050” for State Route 50).
BEGIN_LOG_MILE and END_LOG_MILE — The mile markers where the adopted section starts and ends (e.g., 17.7 to 20.0 means the group maintains that 2.3-mile stretch).
COUNTY — The county where the adopted section is located (e.g., “41” for Sevier County).
