R_F_ADD and R_T_ADD — the address range on the right side of the street (like 600 to 698), telling you what house numbers exist on each block. COUNTY_L and COUNTY_R — which county covers the left and right sides of the street, like “WARREN” county, important since emergency services are organized by county boundaries.
